Wonders never cease...

I have always know and admired the fact that as quilters we all come at the "craft" with a variety of viewpoints and interests. My husband owns a vintage automobile restoration business, Vintage Customs, here in Auburn, WA that specializes in vintage Alfa Romeos and other italian vehicles. So, OF COURSE, we are heading out to Michigan in August for the National Alfa Romeo convention in Detroit. He has dutifuly assigned me the head organizer of our trip and in my research found that I too would have something to do! A group of renegade cross-over interest quilters have organized an Alfa Romeo quilting workshop "tech session" that has totally piqued my interest. This as completely solidified my theory that if you look hard enough you will find a quilter to chat with just about anywhere.
